Four beautiful Blue Point Oysters sourced locally from Maine (Cold Water). Served on the half shell in a delicious little pool of Leche Amarilla Del Tigre. Several layers of flavor in the leche amarilla, primarily citrus forward with unique aromatics, slightly sweet from the raw oyster. A super awesome bite!
